Public Offer (Terms of Service)

1. General Provisions and Terms

1.1. This document constitutes an official public offer by the Operator of Neuropix (ИНДИВИДУАЛЬНЫЙ ПРЕДПРИНИМАТЕЛЬ ШАДРИНА МАРИЯ АЛЕКСАНДРОВНА) to enter into an agreement for using the online content generation service under the terms specified below.

1.2. Any individual or legal entity accepting these terms and conditions becomes a User of the Platform.

1.3. Use of the Service is strictly limited to individuals who have reached the age of 18 (eighteen) years, as well as legal entities represented by authorized representatives.

1.4. Terms and Definitions:

• Service (Platform) — the Neuropix software-hardware complex located at neuropix.ru.
• User — an individual or legal entity that has accepted the offer by registering or using the Service functions.
• Nc (Neurocoins) — internal accounting units used to charge for content generation by the Platform's neural network models.
• Generation — the process of processing User requests by AI algorithms with the formation of graphic, text, or video content.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Operator grants the User a non-exclusive license to use the Neuropix Service for creating graphics, media, infographics, video clips, and templates.

2.2. Access to Service functions is provided by deducting Nc (Neurocoins) from the User's balance in the Personal Account.

3. Purchase and Use of Nc (Neurocoins)

3.1. To perform generations, the User purchases Nc packages according to the Platform's current tariffs.

3.2. Legal Status of Nc (Neurocoins):

• Nc are internal accounting units and do not constitute electronic money, fiat currency, securities, or digital financial assets.
• Nc are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for fiat money or paid out to the User in cash equivalents, except as required by law.
• The cost of each generation in Nc is calculated automatically before task execution based on the selected AI model, format, and resolution.

4. Content Generation Restrictions and Prohibitions

4.1. Age Restrictions: Access to the Platform and its features is granted strictly to persons aged 18 and older.

4.2. Strictly Prohibited Content: Users are strictly prohibited from generating, processing, storing, or distributing:

• Pornographic materials and sexually explicit content;
• Extremist materials, calls to violence, or incitement of racial, religious, or social hatred;
• Materials promoting illegal drugs, suicide, or unlawful activities;
• Content infringing copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of third parties;
• Deepfakes or unauthorized use of personal data and images of individuals without their consent.

4.3. Allowed 18+ Content: Generation of erotic, artistic, and stylized 18+ content (including artistic nudity) that does not contain illegal explicit pornographic elements is permitted.

5. Liability and Limitation of Liability

5.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. The Operator does not guarantee that AI generation results will fully match the User's subjective expectations.

5.2. Disclaimer of Liability: The Operator acts solely as a technical provider of AI tools. Full legal liability for the content, text prompts, uploaded assets, and subsequent usage of generated materials rests entirely on the User.

5.3. The Operator does not perform real-time pre-moderation of all generated content and bears no liability for user-generated illegal, pornographic, or extremist content.

5.4. In case of violations, the Operator reserves the right to immediately block the User's account and report relevant information to law enforcement agencies.
