1. General Rules and Age Limit

1.1. These Terms define the requirements for using the Neuropix online service.

1.2. Use of the service is strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 and older (18+). By registering on the Platform, the User confirms their full legal age.

2. Content Generation Rules and Prohibitions

2.1. Strict Prohibitions: Users are strictly forbidden from using the Platform to create, upload, process, or distribute:

  • Pornography: explicit sexually explicit acts, genitalia, or content legally classified as pornographic;
  • Extremism and Violence: calls to extremism, terrorism, violence, discrimination, or hate speech;
  • Unlawful Actions: promotion of illegal substances, weapons, suicide, fraud, or other illegal activities;
  • Infringement of Rights: unauthorized use of personal data, trademarks, trade secrets, or intellectual property of third parties.

2.2. Permitted 18+ Content: Generation of 18+ content (including artistic erotic imagery and artistic nudity) is allowed provided it does not contain illegal explicit pornographic elements.

3. User Liability and Platform Disclaimer

3.1. The Neuropix Platform (operator: ИНДИВИДУАЛЬНЫЙ ПРЕДПРИНИМАТЕЛЬ ШАДРИНА МАРИЯ АЛЕКСАНДРОВНА) operates solely as an automated technical AI tool and is not the author or publisher of User materials.

3.2. Disclaimer of Liability: Full legal responsibility for generated content, text prompts, uploaded images, and subsequent usage rests entirely on the User.

3.3. In case of violations, the User's account will be blocked without prior notice, and remaining Nc balance will be forfeited.
